We all love having our CrossFit Coaches to motivate us, correct our form, and keep us safe. So why not have a coach for your nutrition as well?

We now offer Nutritional Coaching to all of our clients.

Our app allows you to send your Nutrition Coach your daily food log so that they can review it and give you the feed back you need to succeed.

Your Nutrition Coach will detail exactly what you need to do in order to achieve your weight loss goals.


Your Ideal Plate:

  • Vegetables: Greens, Broccoli, Sweet Potato, etc... 50%

  • Proteins: Meats, Fish, Poultry, Eggs 25%

  • Fats: Avocado, Nuts, Seeds 20%

  • Fruits 5%

Step 1

  • Talk with a coach at the gym and set up an initial consultation to begin working with your nutritional coach. Your nutritional coach will give you basic guidance to start.

Step 2

  • Begin logging your meals in your food journal with our app. Log everything in detail with portion sizes so that your coach can understand exactly what you are eating.

Step 3

  • Adjust your diet and intake as your coach tells you. Some changes are harder than others but in the end they will all be for the better. Dedication to this will determine how quickly you succeed.


On average our clients see a weight loss of between 15-20 pounds in the first month of working with a Nutritional Coach.
