15 Air Squats

30 Sec Banded Tricep Stretch (Lean into)

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Introduce:

-Rowing

-Air Squat

-Ab-mat Sit up

-Push up

-Burpees

-Body Row

Front Squat (Introduce PVC/Bar Front Squats)

This is the flexibility test for the clean.
