200m Run or Row or Ski

50′ Burpee Broad Jumps

15 Air Squats

30 Sec Banded Tricep Stretch (Lean into)

Front Squat (5 x 3 @ 80% + 60)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

12 min amrap

8 Renegade Rows 50/35

12 Burpees to 6″ touch
Renegade row = 1 push up + row each arm.

Keep feet wide and row to arm pit.
