200m Run or Row or Ski

50′ Burpee Broad Jumps

15 Air Squats

30 Sec Banded Tricep Stretch (Lean into)

Squat Complex (Every 3 mins X 5 sets)

3 Front Squats + 6 Alt Back Step Lunges
Building up in weight every set

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

30 sec on / 30 sec off x 15

1- C2B Pull ups

2- Alt Db Snatch 50/35

3- Double Unders
Scale for C2B is kipping pull ups or Ring Rows
